SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND THEIR ANSWERS

  • Do I need to provide any equipment?

    Your Elite beauty therapist will bring all the equipment and materials needed for your treatment.

    • We do ask that you have easy access to get warm water from.
    • A quite room for facial & massage treatments so the guests can relax as well as an area with enough space for the therapist to put the massage table.
    • An area with enough lighting for Manicure, pedicure and make up.

  • Is there a minimum spend?

    Yes,

    • Individual bookings we ask for a minimum of $100.
    • Pamper parties we ask for a min of 1.5hrs
    • Corporate/Events 3hrs

  • Do you have a salon?

    No, we specialize in home, office and event services only.

  • How do I pay?

    You can pay via Internet deposit once you receive the invoice or via credit card.

  • How far in advanced can I book?

    We recommend you book in advance to avoid any disappointment in date required. You can book up to 4 weeks in advanced.

  • How do I know that my treatment will be of high quality and safety delivered?

    At Elite Beauty, we make every effort to ensure that our professionals and treatments are of the highest quality, and reliably and safely delivered. We personally pre-screen and test all of the professionals to ensure services are at the highest standard. All of our professionals have also met the required certifications and industry standards for their particular specializations.

    Finally, every Elite Beauty experience is followed up by a comprehensive feedback and ratings test to ensure that quality standards are consistently met.

  • Is there a travel fee?

    Booking greater than 20km from Melbourne City will incur a fee.

  • Do I need to provide close Parking?

    Yes, as therapist have to carry heavy items such as cases and massage bed. If there is no free parking a parking fees will apply depending on location.

  • Do you work early morning or late nights?

    Yes we can start earlier than 9am or later than 9pm but there is a 20% surcharge.
